Thank you for the comment. I agree that the simplification of the proposed model compared to full TOGAF takes out consideration about goals (strategy) and organization. The reason for proposing a simplified and cut-to-the-bone model is that I have never seen the big formalism of TOGAF getting to real work for more than a few enterprise architects. I am trying to create a metamodel that works well for the majority of solution architects in a huge enterprise. The enterprise architects may still have the bigger picture in some tool but as solution architects we care about a simpler world consisting of things like Epics, Stories, Systems, Components, Deployment Nodes....essentially the things I have in the metamodel.
